Up to Speed with Tulsi Gabbard

Post by TruthFinder » Wed Apr 10, 2019 8:37 pm

Tulsi Gabbard grew up in Hawaii together with her father and mother and grew up helping others. Her father and mother helped her help others in different ways such as volunteering to picking up litter from beaches and feeding the homeless. Tulsi herself have previously said that when growing up she always wanted to help protecting the environment. She dedicated her time to do so and when she was 21 years old she served in the Hawaii State Legislature. Which then followed by Gabbard being deployed to the Mideast as a soldier. After returning she became a fourth-term Congresswomen where she still remains, it was her experience as a soldier that made her realize just how important it was to make others understand the consequences of war and to not repeat the same mistakes. And now she makes sure that when the U.S is threatened by war they do not make the wrong decisions. And tries to make the changes she wants to see in the U.S.
Gabbard’s campaign is directed towards “aloha”, meaning united, she stands for that everyone will understand how important it is to help each other and those in need. Gabbard believes that together we can face anything and save the U.S. And she supports raising the hourly minimum wage salary as well as the legalization of marijuana and putting an end to decriminalizing sex work. Gabbard also supports universal health care, believing that everyone should fight so that every American can get the health care they need. Gabbars has co-sponsored a bill for creating a government-run system that will help provide health care for every U.S citizen. As for education, Gabbars would like to make community college tuition free as well as every four-year colleges.

If Gabbard won she would not only be the first woman president but also the first Hispanic and youngest president yet. Many however criticized her for previous choices and such for example, working for her dad's anti-gay organization and such. But it seems that she is currently trying to make right to her wrongs and earn the peoples love and respect.

Today Gabbard is working hard as a Congresswoman as well as leading her campaign for the 2020 election. She is trying to make others understand why it’s important to be a truly united country and warm the hearts of the people. She is fighting for her cause and making her best attempts at doing what she can already in her position as Congresswoman and hoping for a bright future. She tries to make sure others understand how war works, how it affects the country, the soldiers and more. As well as making the people understand the importance of helping those in need. She is ambitious and very passionate about what she believes in.
